This evening journey centers on Conscious Connected Breathing, a transformative practice that opens the body and mind to clarity, healing, and expanded awareness. An optional microdose of fresh Dutch truffles will be offered to gently enhance presence, emotional flow, and intuitive insight.
Live music accompanies the breath, guiding the rhythm of your inner journey — from quiet reflection to release, from grounding to illumination — created intuitively in the moment, in harmony with the collective energy of the circle.
Held in the serene and elegant space of Fosbury & Sons Amsterdam (Prinsengracht 769), this intimate gathering brings together around 50 curious and conscious participants — seekers, feelers, and thinkers — ready to embrace the turning of the year, connect deeply with themselves, and honor the longest night.
The evening is lovingly guided by experienced facilitators and organized by Denise, Nils, and Margot — holding sacred space with care, insight, and heart for every participant.
