Why to join the Microdose with Connected Breathing Circle?
Connected breathing is a powerful way to connect with your emotional world. Through this breathing technique, you can explore blockages in your body and breathe through them, allowing life energy to flow freely once again. You can “breathe yourself free” of emotional baggage. Sadness, anger, and old pain may surface, but so can the full positive spectrum of laughter, satisfaction, happiness, and feelings of liberation.
We support the breathing journey with an optional microdosing of truffles. The psychoactive substances in the truffles work with the subconscious, providing a perfect complement to the breathing practice. The truffles help you reach new depths and expand your consciousness. Please note that the microdose is optional.
What can you expect during the journey?
We will begin with meditation, sharing, drinking truffle tea, and some light bodywork. Then, we will move into the connected breathing session, where you skip the pauses between inhalation and exhalation, breathing deeply into your belly. This session will last approximately 45–60 minutes.
Afterwards, you will have ample time to rest, lie down, and integrate your experiences. Finally, we will come together to share and reflect on what you have experienced.
How to Prepare
Try to eat light, plant-based food before the session.
Wear loose-fitting clothing, preferably in layers.
You may bring a journal to note down reflections about your journey.
A water bottle is also recommended.
Guidelines:
Avoid coffee on the day of the session.
Avoid alcohol the day before.
Do not eat for two hours before the session starts.
Avoid dairy products during your last meal.
Contraindications:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are using medications such as lithium or tramadol.
If you have personality disorders or a history of mental health disorders (e.g., bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, severe trauma, or PTSD).
