Connected breathing is a way to connect to your emotional world. With this breathing technique, you breathe through blockages in your body so the life energy can flow freely again. Sadness, anger and old pain can arise, but also feelings of graditude, happiness and pure bliss. Often it's a combination of all kinds of emotions.
We support the breathing journey through an (optional) microdosing of truffles. The psychoactive substance of the truffles works with the subconscious and is a very nice addition to breathing. The truffle ensures that you reach deep unprocessed parts faster and easier and help you to expand your consciousness. The microdose is optional.
