Connected Breath Circle & Microdose: A Journey of Self Love

  • Fosbury & Sons, Amsterdam 769 Prinsengracht Amsterdam, NH, 1017 JZ Netherlands (map)

This Valentine’s Day, we’re inviting you on a Journey of Self-Love. 💖 Join our Connected Breath Circle, where we’ll dive deep into the subconscious through connected breathing, with the option to include a microdose of truffles for an even more powerful experience.

Connected breathing is an amazing way to get out of your head and reconnect with your emotional world. By using this technique, you can breathe through blockages in your body and let your energy flow freely again. It’s like “breathing yourself free” of all the emotional baggage you’ve been carrying around. You might feel sadness, anger, or old pain, but also joy, laughter, satisfaction, and a sense of freedom. Most of the time, it’s a mix of emotions—and whatever comes up is totally normal and totally okay.

Microdosing means taking a tiny amount of psychedelic substances, like psilocybin (found in truffles), to help boost mental clarity, creativity, and well-being—without any full-on psychedelic effects.

When we combine microdosing with connected breathing, it creates a powerful experience. The microdose helps you let go of mental blocks, tap into deeper layers of yourself, and feel more connected. It’s all about creating space for clarity, balance, and emotional release.

This is a safe and supported space to reconnect with yourself. By the end, you’ll feel more creative, calm, and grounded—and maybe even a little more inspired to live from the heart.

So, this Valentine’s Day, why not give yourself some love? Whether you’re looking to let go of old patterns, spark inspiration, or just take some time to explore your inner world, this Connected Breath Circle is here for you.

We’d love to have you with us—get your ticket now. ✨

PROGRAM

6:30 pm: Walk-in, Class Room

19:00: Start program with sharing, drinking the truffle tea and music

20:00-21:00: Connected breathing session, where you skip the pauses between inhalation and exhalation and breathe deep into your belly. This will take about 45-60 minutes. Afterwards you have enough time to recover and lie down and integrate what you have experienced. Then we take the time together to share what you have encountered.

09:30 PM: Going home again

PREPARATION

Try to eat light and plant-based food before the session. It is nice to wear loose-fitting clothing, possibly in layers. Mats to lie on and blankets are provided. Try to think about your intention for a moment beforehand and where you can, take it easy. However, this is especially important after the breathing session.

This event is not suitable if you:

  • are pregnant

  • have been diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia, epilepsy

  • when you take medication for the above

  • have heart problems

If you are struggling with depression/anxiety disorders, it is good to discuss this upfront and decide whether it is a good idea to participate.
