Every first Tuesday of the month, we invite you to join our Mindful Morning in the Classroom at Fosbury Amsterdam—a space to breathe, reflect, and ease into the day with presence. This free gathering is an opportunity to turn inward, set intentions for the day, week and month ahead, and cultivate a sense of calm before stepping into your routine.
Our session includes:
