These 1:1 programs with in-depth sessions are for those ready to turn inward. Not to fix anything, but to gently reconnect with yourself, layer by layer. To create space to breathe, to feel, to simply be.
In a safe and nurturing environment, you'll be guided through various modalities, such as body-oriented practices, and gentle integration. Step by step, you'll slow down, feel deeply, and restore connection with yourself. From that place, calm and clarity return — and a new, more authentic balance begins to emerge from within.

We start with a 30-minute conversation — no commitment, no agenda. Just you and your coach, getting to know each other and exploring what you're carrying and where you want to go.

02// Your personal trajectory
Based on the intake, we design a trajectory that fits you. Most people start with 3 sessions minimum — this is where real patterns begin to shift. Sessions are spaced to give you time to integrate what comes up.

Already done the work before and need focused support? A 1:1 session is available. We recommend a trajectory for anyone starting fresh — it's simply more sustainable, and you'll feel the difference.

Denise Maaskant
Denise Maaskant is an experienced coach who helps people reduce stress and restore balance in body and mind. She guides her clients in exploring the deeper patterns behind recurring tension or breath-related symptoms — and in releasing what no longer serves them.
With a background in mindfulness, systemic healing, breathwork, and dreamwork, Denise blends science, embodiment, and ancient wisdom. She completed a three-year professional program at ITIP and continues to deepen her practice through advanced training and years of hands-on coaching experience.
Her approach is gentle yet grounded, creating a safe space for awareness, relaxation, and transformation — so that life feels lighter, calmer, and more spacious again.
Rooted in both science and soul, she is a certified member of NOBCO — the Dutch Association for Professional Coaches — aligning her practice with professional integrity and deep human care.
