Join us for a nourishing half day retreat dedicated to self love, reconnection and emotional renewal. Together we will move through breathwork, cacao, a gentle mini-dose and grounding embodiment practices designed to bring you back to your natural rhythm and open your heart.
Rather than rushing through life, this retreat gives you the chance to slow down, feel, breathe and listen.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin by arriving in a warm, held space where you will be guided into the softening qualities of cacao and a mini-dose of truffles (optional). These gentle plant allies help quiet the mind, open the emotional body and make it easier to connect with your inner landscape.
From there, we move into a powerful breath journey. Connected breathing helps you drop out of your head and into your body, releasing emotional tension and allowing your energy to flow again. You may experience waves of emotion, insight or release. Every expression is welcome. You are fully supported throughout.
We balance the intensity of the breath with grounding embodiment practices, integration time and sharing. The combination of cacao, breath and mini-dose creates a deeply intuitive state where clarity, compassion and connection become more accessible.
By the end of the retreat, you will feel more open, centered and reconnected with yourself. Many people describe a sense of calm, clarity and renewed inspiration.

PREPARATION
Eat light and plant-based beforehand. Wear comfortable layered clothing. Mats and blankets are provided. Take a moment to reflect on your intention before arriving and allow yourself to move slowly after the session.
