Friday the 13th has a bad reputation, but it wasn't always that way. In older traditions, it was actually considered a powerful day: the 13th is linked to the lunar cycle (a year contains 13 full moons), and Friday is associated with Venus, the planet of connection, beauty, and rest. A day that invites you to pause. So that's exactly what we're doing.
We're in the middle of the seasonal shift. Outside, the first signs of spring are appearing and often something is stirring inside us too. Thoughts that are ripening, things you're ready to release, or something that wants to grow. In this session, we create space for that process. Not by forcing it, but by slowing down and landing, using breathwork as the vehicle.

Through this rhythmic breathing technique, you breathe through energetic blockages in your body, allowing your life force to flow freely once again. You can literally "breathe yourself free" from emotional baggage that has been weighing you down.
As you journey through this practice, the full spectrum of human emotion may arise—sadness, anger, and old pain might surface, but equally, waves of laughter, deep satisfaction, joy, and even sexual liberation can emerge. Often, a beautiful tapestry of varied emotions flows through you. Everything that arises is welcomed; everything is perfectly normal and part of your unique healing process.

To deepen your journey, we offer the option of beginning the circle with a gentle microdose of ceremonial truffle tea. This subtle dose is not a psychedelic trip—it does not overwhelm or take you out of the breathwork practice. Instead, it serves as a supportive ally, gently opening the heart, softening mental resistance, and allowing emotions and insights to flow with more ease.
Many participants experience the microdose as a way of enhancing presence, increasing receptivity, and deepening connection—both to themselves and to the group field. It can make the breathwork journey feel more fluid, embodied, and intuitive.
The choice is entirely yours: some participants feel called to include the microdose, while others prefer to journey with breath alone. Both paths are equally powerful. Whatever you choose, you will be lovingly supported, and your experience will be held in a safe and sacred container.

Program Flow
18:30 - Arrival and settling in
19:00 - Opening circle with heartfelt sharing, ceremonial truffle tea, and carefully curated music to prepare our space
20:00-21:00 - Connected breathing journey: You'll breathe continuously without pauses between inhalation and exhalation, drawing breath deep into your belly. This powerful 45-60 minute session is followed by sacred integration time to rest, process, and honor whatever has moved through you. We'll close with a sharing circle to witness and celebrate each other's experiences.

To support your experience, we recommend:
Enjoying light, plant-based meals before the session
Wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (layers are ideal)
Setting a clear intention for your practice
Allowing yourself to take life gently, especially after the session
